SV	Maar gij hebt u verheven tegen den Heere des hemels, en men heeft de vaten van Zijn huis voor u gebracht, en gij, en uw geweldigen, uw vrouwen, en uw bijwijven hebben wijn uit dezelve gedronken, en de goden van zilver en goud, koper, ijzer, hout en steen, die niet zien, noch horen, noch weten, hebt gij geprezen; maar dien God, in Wiens hand uw adem is, en bij Wien al uw paden zijn, hebt gij niet verheerlijkt.

Trans.	wə‘al mārē’-šəmayyā’ hiṯərwōmamətā ûləmā’nayyā’ ḏî-ḇayəṯēhh hayəṯîw qāḏāmayiḵə qāḏāmāḵə wə’anətâ wə’anətə wəraḇərəḇānayiḵə wəraḇərəḇānāḵə šēḡəlāṯāḵə ûləḥēnāṯāḵə ḥamərā’ šāṯayin bəhwōn wəlē’lâê ḵasəpā’-wəḏahăḇā’ nəḥāšā’ farəzəlā’ ’ā‘ā’ wə’aḇənā’ dî lā’-ḥāzayin wəlā’-šāmə‘în wəlā’ yāḏə‘în šab^aḥətā wəlē’lâā’ dî-nišəməṯāḵə bîḏēhh wəḵāl-’ōrəḥāṯāḵə lēhh lā’ hadarətā:

AC	כג ועל מרא שמיא התרוממת ולמאניא די ביתה היתיו קדמיך (קדמך) ואנתה (ואנת) ורברבניך (ורברבנך) שגלתך ולחנתך חמרא שתין בהון ולאלהי כספא ודהבא נחשא פרזלא אעא ואבנא די לא חזין ולא שמעין ולא ידעין שבחת ולאלהא די נשמתך בידה וכל ארחתך לה--לא הדרת
ASV	but hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the vessels of his house before thee, and thou and thy lords, thy wives and thy concubines, have drunk wine from them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know; and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified.
BE	But you have been lifting yourself up against the Lord of heaven, and they have put the vessels of his house before you, and you and your lords, your wives and your women, have taken wine in them; and you have given praise to gods of silver and gold, of brass and iron and wood and stone, who are without the power of seeing or hearing, and without knowledge: and to the God in whose hand your breath is, and whose are all your ways, you have not given glory;
Darby	but hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of the heavens; and they have brought the vessels of his house before thee, and thou and thy nobles, thy wives and thy concubines, have drunk wine in them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know; and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified:
ELB05	Und du hast dich über den Herrn des Himmels erhoben; und man hat die Gefäße seines Hauses vor dich gebracht, und du und deine Gewaltigen, deine Frauen und deine Kebsweiber, ihr habt Wein daraus getrunken. Und du hast die Götter von Silber und Gold, von Erz, Eisen, Holz und Stein gerühmt, die nicht sehen und nicht hören und nicht wahrnehmen; aber den Gott, in dessen Hand dein Odem ist, und bei dem alle deine Wege sind, hast du nicht geehrt.
LSG	Tu t'es élevé contre le Seigneur des cieux; les vases de sa maison ont été apportés devant toi, et vous vous en êtes servis pour boire du vin, toi et tes grands, tes femmes et tes concubines; tu as loué les dieux d'argent, d'or, d'airain, de fer, de bois et de pierre, qui ne voient point, qui n'entendent point, et qui ne savent rien, et tu n'as pas glorifié le Dieu qui a dans sa main ton souffle et toutes tes voies.
Sch	sondern du hast dich über den Herrn des Himmels erhoben; und man hat die Gefäße seines Hauses vor dich gebracht, und du und deine Gewaltigen, deine Frauen und Nebenfrauen haben Wein daraus getrunken, und du hast die silbernen und goldenen, ehernen, eisernen, hölzernen und steinernen Götzen gepriesen, die weder sehen noch hören noch verstehen; den Gott aber, in dessen Hand dein Odem und alle deine Wege sind, hast du nicht verherrlicht!
